Pale-shouldered Brocade - wingspan is around 35-38 mm. Fairly widespread in Ireland and the UK. They fly from June to July. Some of the lava's main foodplants are oak and sallow. They are attracted to light. Photographed in Co. Leitrim in late May so one of the first to emerge!
