Irish status: Scarce Immigrant
Bordered Straw - These day flying moths are rare in England and even more so in Ireland. I was lucky enough to come across these in abundance though in Cabanas De Tavira in the Algarve Portugal. The colours do vary by shade probably due to the age of the specimen. This one showing a very pale shade.
