Hypolimnas bolina
Common Eggfly - this is a large attractive butterfly with a wingspan of around 80 mm. Fairly common in the Queensland area of Australia where I took these images. They inhabit deciduous forests, thick and moist scrub, and the greener parts of human habitats.
